All-In-One List 📋

This looks almost identical to the WildPromptor All-in-One node - every category the pack ships, all as dropdowns on one node - but it does something different with the result. Instead of outputting a finished prompt string, it emits a data object describing your selections, meant to be fed into the companion WildPromptor Generator node. The README calls the pair "the power duo": List + Generator = prompt magic.

It's part of WildPromptor by 1038lab, whose ComfyUI-RMBG pack has a similar taste for one-node-does-a-lot design.

Why split selection from generation

Here's the reason the pack ships both an all-in-one node and an all-in-one list. When one node both picks categories and resolves them to text, re-rolling means re-touching that giant node every time. Splitting the job means the huge, fiddly selection UI lives in this node - you set it once - and all the re-rolling happens downstream in the small Generator node, where you just change a seed. Configure here, iterate there.

It's the same design instinct as separating a query from its execution: the expensive-to-configure part is stable, the cheap-to-vary part is where you spin.

How it works

Mechanically it's the same folder-reader as every list node, spanning all the pack's data folders at once - you'll see Subject - ..., Environment - ..., Virtual - ..., Styles - ..., and the big Illustrious - ... sets as labeled dropdowns. Each opens with the usual ❌disabled / 🎲Random / 🔢ordered controls plus the specific entries.

The difference is the output.

Inputs and outputs

The dropdowns are the whole interface - enable the categories you want and set each to a pick, Random, or ordered. The single output is selected_options, and its type is DPROMPT_DATA, not a string. That's the pack's internal format for "here's what was chosen and how." It only connects to one place: the selected_options input of the WildPromptor Generator node. Generator turns that data into actual prompt strings, with its own batch_size and seed.

So this node alone produces nothing you can read - it's deliberately a producer for Generator.

Installing it

ComfyUI Manager: search ComfyUI-WildPromptor, install, restart. Or:

then restart. Under 🧪AILab/🧿WildPromptor. No downloads.

Common issues

• The output won't connect to my encoder - right, selected_options is DPROMPT_DATA, not STRING. It goes into WildPromptor Generator, which produces the prompt text.
• Nothing generates - you need the Generator node downstream; this node is only half the pair.
• Custom categories missing or out of order - the data folders are scanned at startup and added lists don't always keep their saved order. Restart after adding files and use 🔢ordered mode where sequence matters.
• Not sure whether to use this or the All-in-One node - if you want a prompt string straight out, use All-in-One. Use All-In-One List + Generator when you want to fix your selections once and re-roll variations by changing the Generator's seed.
