Press Queue once: ComfyUI writes or adapts a radio play, casts and performs it with neural voices, composes the score, and cuts a finished episode video -- all locally. No account, no API key, nothing paid. Needs an NVIDIA card with 8 GB or more, a 16 GB Apple Silicon Mac, or a CPU (start ComfyUI with --cpu), plus about 25 GB of free disk; the first run fetches several GB of models.

A photo for one character. Their portrait is painted from it, in the episode's style, and every still of them follows that portrait -- the photo itself is never shown. Chain one node per photo (up to three for one face) into Image Director's character_photos_in. Leave the name and picture empty to pass the chain through unchanged.

Name	Type	Description
name	STRING	The character's name as the story uses it, e.g. Jeffrey. Empty (with no picture) passes the chain through.
image	COMBO	Their photo: pick, upload or paste one. A clear face works best.
photos_inopt	OTR_CHARACTER_PHOTOS	The previous Character Photo node, to chain them.
