The endgame of the split-artifact workflow is a graph with no generation in it at all. Boundary saved, HIGH saved, and now the only thing you want is the finished file - different codec, a trim, a caption burned in, whatever your last step is. Booting a 33B joint AV model to do that is absurd, and on a 16 GB card it's not even comfortable.

This node loads a completed HIGH artifact by path and hash and hands you back the latent plus its typed result. It loads no models, runs no sampling, and performs no lift. It's a file read with a verification step.

    What it does

    In: artifact_path, artifact_sha256. Out: av_latent, high_result, report_json.

av_latent is what you wire into decoding. high_result is the typed completion evidence - useful if you want to feed it into the save/audit family again, or keep the pair of nodes symmetric with the cold-LOW graph. And the report tells you what identity was verified.

What it explicitly does not do, in the author's words: no implicit cache lookup, no retry, and no claim that the artifact matches today's settings. That last one is worth sitting with, because it's the difference between a convenience node and a lie. The node can prove the bytes you got are the bytes that were written. It cannot know what your widget values say now, and it doesn't pretend to.

Like the LOW load node, its change fingerprint comes from the artifact itself, so pointing at a different file makes ComfyUI treat the node's output as genuinely changed instead of serving you a stale cached result.

The most useful graph in this family

    Load Exact Completed HIGH AV ─→ av_latent ─→ [save / preview / post-processing]
            (path + SHA)

Run it, get your file, close ComfyUI. This is also a decent trick for review: hand somebody the artifact path and hash plus this graph, and they can decode your exact result without replicating your model stack, your LoRAs or your sampler settings.

    Install

Manager, search MiniMax H3 Audio T8. Or:

    cd ComfyUI/custom_nodes
    git clone https://github.com/T8mars/comfyui-minimax-h3-audio-T8.git minimax-h3-audio-T8

Restart ComfyUI fully, then refresh the page - new node classes only register on a Python reload, and a browser refresh on its own won't do it.

Nothing gets installed from requirements.txt; the pack deliberately avoids pip so it can't disturb your Torch/CUDA. For a load-and-decode graph you still need working video/audio VAEs and a current ComfyUI with native H3 support, but you do not need the diffusion model loaded - which is the point.

    Where people get burned

Expecting this to work on a decoded video file. It loads the typed artifact this pack writes, not arbitrary media. If you only kept the MP4, you're re-rendering - annoying, and a good argument for saving the artifact in the first place.

Blank or half-filled fields. Both path and hash, every time.

Assuming "loaded" means "matches my current graph." The artifact is a snapshot. If you've since changed your HIGH prompt or your LoRA, the loaded result is from before those changes; there's no silent invalidation, because there's nothing to compare against. The pack's own phrasing is precise: recovery does not certify that the frozen artifact matches today's LOW settings, and the same honesty applies here.

And know the artifacts' limits before you lean on them: this is an experimental route, the author's verified evidence is a small set of fixed clips on one machine, and stage artifacts are not a supported interchange format between different pack versions. Keep your workflows alongside your artifacts - a hash identifies the file, not the graph that made it.
