Character Prompt Builder - Female Person

Describing a face in a prompt box is where most people give up and type "beautiful woman" and hope. Character Prompt Builder - Female Person is the antidote: a wall of dropdowns that turn "I want a 28-year-old British woman with wavy blonde hair and freckles" into an actual written sentence, without you having to compose a single clause.

This is the node that starts the pack's chain. It takes nothing in except an optional settings_in, and hands a PM_SETTINGS dict out the settings port for the Fashion and Poses nodes to extend. Like every node in the pack, it doesn't generate text itself - it records choices until Scene & Generate turns them into prose.

The inputs that matter

There are thirty-odd inputs here and almost all of them are optional, which is both the feature and the trap. You don't need to set anything beyond age, and the default 25 is already there. What's worth actually touching:

• age - 18–90, and it's an integer spinner, so be precise: "27" stays "27" instead of being ignored.
• nationality_1 / nationality_2 / nationality_mix - the fun one. Pick two nationalities and a 0–100 mix slider to get "a British-Japanese woman" instead of a coin flip.
• body_type - 36 options ("Curvy", "Athletic", "Petite"…), plus height, body_weight, and waist_size dropdowns if you want the model to be very specific about proportions.
• facial_expression - 213 choices, from "Happy" to "Ecstatic" to things you've never seen a human do. The single highest-leverage input on the node.
• hair_style / hair_length / hair_color - 110 styles, 78 colors, and length. This is where a character stops being generic.
• skin_tone, plus the texture family: skin_details, freckles, dimples, moles, skin_acne, tanned_skin. Subtle realism options that most prompt builders skip.

The rest - face shape, eye shape/color, nose shape/size, lip shape/color, makeup, eye/iris detail, tattoo - all sit in the optional block and default to "-". That's deliberate: the pack is modular, so you only fill in what the shot needs. For a headshot, face fields matter. For a full-body editorial, spend your time on body type and skin.

How it works

The node is a fork of the ComfyUI-Easy-Use lineage, which itself traces back to Portrait Master by AI Wiz Art. The idea hasn't changed in years: expose every describable attribute as a dropdown so the prompt is spelled exactly, then emit it in natural language. The natural-language part matters more now than it did in 2023 - modern LLM-encoded checkpoints (Flux's T5, and friends) want full sentences, not comma-tag soup, and this pack speaks that dialect natively.

Installing

Via ComfyUI Manager, search "Character Prompt Builder" and install, or:

Restart ComfyUI afterward. No pip dependencies (standard library only) and no model downloads. If the dropdown options look sparse on first run, the pack is downloading its character_prompt.json option data from GitHub - give it a moment, or confirm you're online.

The honest caveat

Dropdowns can't spell "the specific character in my reference image." This node is for building a character from scratch, not copying one. If you need identity preservation, pair it with an IPAdapter or a character LoRA downstream - think of the Person node as the skeleton and the LoRA as the soul. And one more thing: the pack removed explicit NSFW prompt content in v2.4.0, so don't come here expecting that; the physique fields that remain are for realism, not shock value.
