Buttercup (Powerpuff Girls from 2016) v1.0

This is the new style of Buttercup from the Powerpuff Girls cartoon.

For some reason, the frown definitely wanted to stay in the LORA (which I couldn't avoid anyway), so use frown in the negatives.
