⚡ Aimacor Labs — Video Prompt Director Lite (ES)
El nodo que arma tu prompt de Wan 2.2 con menús desplegables — en español
- prompt
Spanish-speaking ComfyUI users get the short end of the stick more often than they should: the UI is English, the tutorials are English, and the video models you actually want to run were trained on English prose. So a video-prompt node whose interface is in Spanish feels like a small holiday. That's exactly what Video Prompt Director Lite (ES) is - the Spanish-labeled half of a bilingual pack from Aimacor Labs. Same engine as the EN variant, same folder, one tiny difference: every field, placeholder and dropdown option reads "Cabeza", "Expresión", "Mirada", "Cámara" instead of "Head", "Expression", "Gaze", "Camera".
The trade you need to know before you fall in love: the output is always in English. The pack's code is explicit about it - the UI language only controls labels and options; the prompt content is always generated in English, because that's what Wan's text encoder wants. So you get to think and pick in Spanish, and the node handles translating your choices into the English motion-prose that video models actually respond to. That's the whole job, honestly, and it's a good one.
How it works
It's a prompt-builder with an opinion. You type a character name or LoRA trigger, a scene context, and then choose moves from dropdowns - head, hair, expression, gaze, shoulders, torso, spine, hips, pelvis, legs, hands, camera - each defaulting to NONE. Internally the node keeps editable JSON libraries (libraries/head.json, camera.json, …) mapping each Spanish option to a canned English phrase like "Ella inclina lentamente la cabeza hacia un lado" → "She slowly tilts her head to one side." It assembles an intro (Ultra-realistic cinematic video of {character} {scene_context}), one phrase per chosen body part, a temporal-continuity block the source code tags "WAN 2.2 ANTI-LOOPING", the camera move, and a lighting/quality block. If you set Género to Masculino, it swaps the "she/her" phrasing to "he/him" so your male character doesn't get misgendered by the template.
The inputs that matter
Everything defaults to NONE, so you can start with just the character and scene and add moves as you iterate. The ones to set first:
- Personaje (Lora Trigger) - your character LoRA trigger. This carries character consistency.
- Contexto de la escena - free text for the setting. If you start it with "Ella está…", the node strips the subject so it isn't repeated.
- Expresión, Mirada y Cámara - the highest-leverage dropdowns for performance and framing.
- Prompt manual (opcional) - per the author's placeholder: if this box has any text, all automatic controls are ignored and it returns your text as-is.
The single output, prompt (STRING), goes into a CLIP Text Encode (Positive) feeding a Wan 2.2 image-to-video pipeline - the "consistent with the reference image" wording in the quality block confirms that's the target workflow.
Installing it
Zero dependencies, zero model downloads - requirements.txt is empty and it's pure Python stdlib. Either use ComfyUI Manager → Install Custom Nodes and search aimacor-labs-video-prompt-director-lite, or:
cd ComfyUI/custom_nodes
git clone https://github.com/titomatus0203/aimacor-labs-video-prompt-director-lite
Restart ComfyUI and both nodes (ES y EN) appear under Aimacor Labs/Video Prompt Director. The ES one is Video_Prompt_Director_ES.
Gotchas
- The manual prompt overrides everything. Leave text in it once and your dropdowns will silently stop mattering. Clear it when you're done experimenting.
- Both nodes are in the menu, always. The ES/EN split isn't tied to your ComfyUI locale - the pack ships both classes and you pick whichever you prefer.
- It's a young pack. Single commit, empty README, no community track record yet. Worth trying, worth pinning to a specific commit if it updates. The good news: the phrase libraries are plain JSON, so you can extend or re-tune the Spanish options yourself.
