VALYDA AI PROTOCOL · EU AI Act · Creator (web, social, festival)
USE THIS ONE if you publish on the web, social media or at festivals. One page under Article 50 of the EU AI Act. Choose the Disclosure type, press run, done. Everything else - model, checksums, prompt, source - is read from the workflow automatically and kept in the record file. The prompt is printed on the page only if Store_Prompt is set to 'show prompt'; by default it stays hidden and only its checksum appears.

Only what is obviously impossible stays outside - dragons, people flying unaided. Realistic content - visible label: disclosure required. Artistic work - discreet notice: the duty remains, but the notice may be discreet, e.g. in the credits. Clearly fantastical - no disclosure: no obligation. not classified: nothing is decided, nothing will be ticked. |
