Saves images and their audit report with guaranteed identical base names (name_001.png + name_001.audit.txt / .audit.json / .audit.pdf). The counter skips every number where an image or report already exists; nothing is ever overwritten. Every image of a batch gets its own file pair.

images	IMAGE		Image batch to save.
output_folder	STRING		Target folder. Empty = ComfyUI output folder, a relative path is created inside it, absolute paths are allowed. Created if it does not exist.
filename_prefix	STRING	audit	File name before the counter: <prefix>_001.png. Can be linked (e.g. from a file name). A trailing image extension is removed; 'sub/name' writes into a sub folder.
counter_digits	INT	31–8	Digits of the counter (3 = _001).
format	COMBO		PNG 8 bit (like Save Image), PNG 16 bit, or EXR 32-bit float. EXR values are converted from sRGB to linear; the workflow is not embedded in EXR files.
embed_workflow	BOOLEAN	true	Embed prompt and workflow like the core Save Image node (PNG: the image can be dropped back into ComfyUI, plus the audit JSON if connected) and add the workflow to the .json (credentials redacted). Note: the workflow contains everything typed into the nodes, including local paths – turn off for anonymised sharing.
write_txt	BOOLEAN	true	Write <name>.audit.txt with the full readable report.
write_json	BOOLEAN	false	Write <name>.audit.json with the machine-readable report. With embed_workflow on it also carries the workflow that was run (needed for the audit chain), and <name>.workflow.json is written next to it – it opens directly in ComfyUI.
