MiniMax H3 Frame Rate Adjustment (Ac)
Experimental H3 temporal-coordinate retiming. Keeps the generated frame count, interprets it at model_fps, and aligns the pre-sampling audio latent to the nearest 1/40 second. It does not interpolate frames, reduce compute, or guarantee better quality above H3's documented 24 FPS.
