Create HyperFlow H3 Curve Fit (Pruned Bases)
One-off tool, not a generation step: queue it on its own. Fits HyperFlow's two-time conditioning to a pruned MiniMax-H3 base (or a block-spliced hybrid) and saves it to models/hyperflow/curve_fits/. Then enable experimental_curve_refit on Apply HyperFlow H3. Takes under a minute to a few minutes; see CURVE_FITS.md.
