CoachBate H3 Loop Subject
For a Pixaroma loop over subjects: maps the round index to the tracker's subject choice. left_to_right with 2 subjects -> left_most / right_most, with 3 -> left_most / centre_most / right_most (bunched, similar subjects are told apart by position far more reliably than by size rank); otherwise size rank + index.
