CV GEMM Flags

Authors a flags value once and fans it out: wire the 'flags' STRING output into the flags input of any number of cv2_gemm nodes so they all share one configuration. Each toggle ORs one bit in. GEMM_1_T/2_T/3_T transpose src1/src2/src3 before computing alpha*src1*src2 + beta*src3. The 'value' INT output is the resolved integer for raw int flag params or MathExpression.
