BSAI VDN-H3 FaceOil · Face Oil-Sheen Removal
Face oil-sheen removal: detect bright + low-saturation oily/highlight regions and use edge-preserving (bilateral-style) smoothing to pull highlights toward neighboring skin tones, removing greasy shine while keeping skin texture. Optional Haar face mask.

Inputs (6)
| Name | Type | Default | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| images | IMAGE | — | |
| strength | FLOAT | 0.600–1 | Highlight suppression strength. 0 = off. 0.5-0.7 gives natural oil-sheen removal; too high flattens skin texture. |
| bright_thr | FLOAT | 0.780.5–1 | Pixels brighter than this are treated as highlight (oily/overexposed areas). |
| sat_thr | FLOAT | 0.320–1 | Pixels below this saturation that are also bright are treated as oil-sheen (pure white highlights have low chroma). |
| smooth_radius | INT | 91–64 | Edge-preserving smooth radius (larger = softer, more detail loss). |
| face_only | BOOLEAN | false | True: use OpenCV Haar face detection and de-oil only face regions; False: suppress highlights across the whole image. |
