AI-HIVE 模型列表

The dropdowns on the AI-HIVE generation nodes are hardcoded snapshots baked into the pack's source code. The actual model list lives on AI-HIVE's servers, and it moves - new models land, old ones get re-priced, routing modes come and go. AI-HIVE 模型列表 (class AIHiveListModels) is the tiny utility that asks the server directly what it can run, instead of trusting the frozen enum.

One input, one output. model_type is an enum with IMAGE, VIDEO, TEXT, or ALL, and the node returns models_json - a STRING containing pretty-printed JSON of every matching model: its publicModelId, the routing modes it supports, and the per-mode pricingSnapshot showing exactly what you'd be charged. That last part is the reason to actually use this node: AI-HIVE quotes a price per routing mode, and seeing the list before you queue a job is the cheapest way to not be surprised at billing time.

Under the hood it's a GET /openapi/v1/models?modelType=... call through the same HTTP client the generation nodes use. It needs the API key like everything else in the pack - set AI_HIVE_API_KEY before launching ComfyUI, or put an apiKey in ~/.ai-hive/config.json. No key, no list, immediate error.

Three genuinely useful things to do with it:

1. Check whether the pack's dropdowns are stale. If the node you want to use doesn't list a model you've seen announced, run this node and see if it's there under a public_model_* id.
2. Confirm which routing modes a model supports. COST_FIRST, SPEED_FIRST, SUCCESS_FIRST aren't universal - a model that only supports one will error if you pick another.
3. Copy an exact publicModelId to paste into a custom_public_model_id field on the video nodes, which is the escape hatch for models added after the pack shipped.

Since models_json is a plain STRING, wire it into a ShowText or SaveText node to actually read it - it's not an output node, so it won't force the graph to re-run.

Installing

ComfyUI Manager: search AI-HIVE in Custom Nodes, install, restart. Or:

Only requests and Pillow - no model files, nothing heavy. Restart ComfyUI after.

The honest gotcha

This pack is brand new (v0.1.x, zero community footprint as of writing), so treat the list this node returns as ground truth over the pack's own dropdowns - but also treat the whole pack with the same caution you'd give any API wrapper: it holds your key and phones home by design. The list itself is read-only and harmless. Use it early, use it often, and let it tell you when the pack's menus are lying to you.
