Rainbow Eyes [Pony]: Rainbow Eyes [Pony]: Rainbow_Eyes_Pony.safetensors

So I noticed there were rainbow eyes but they were mostly for hypnosis and I just wanted more colorful rainbow eyes and not outright brainwashed eyes, so here's the Pony Version. I'll get to getting the 1.5 version out soon.
