ComfyUI Droopy Noodles

A ComfyUI extension that makes your node connections delightfully droopy. (Disclaimer: despite what it may look like, this extension will not make your monitor taste like spaghetti.)

What Makes Your Noodles Droopy

• Gravity-affected noodles: Your connections succumb to the inexorable pull of gravity
• Collision detection: Your noodles rest leisurely on nodes instead of rudely phasing through them like rude ghosts

• Universal noodle compatibility: Works with all ComfyUI connection types - IMAGE noodles, LATENT noodles, even CONDITIONING noodles!

How to Install Your Noodle Droopifier

1. Navigate to your ComfyUI custom_nodes directory
2. Clone or copy this extension into the directory
3. Restart ComfyUI and prepare for maximum droop

Making Things Droopy

1. After installation, open ComfyUI
2. Open Settings
3. Navigate to the "Lite Graph" category
4. Select "Droopy" as your "Link Render Mode"
5. Enjoy

Noodle Tuning Parameters

You can fine-tune your noodle droopiness with scientifically-proven parameters in the "DroopyNoodles" category of Settings.

Performance (Will It Cook My CPU?)

It works fine on my computer.

Credits

This extension was mostly written by Claude Code with a small number of manual tweaks (mostly to solve the noodle penetration problems that Claude was unable to). Quite frankly, I haven't even read through most of the code. May the odds be ever in your favor! 🤞
