ComfyUI-Badgr

A ComfyUI node, Badgr Generate Image, that runs a Badgr-hosted ComfyUI workflow on a remote GPU and returns the generated image plus the job ID.

Install

Clone into ComfyUI/custom_nodes/ComfyUI-Badgr, then set your key before starting ComfyUI:

export BADGR_API_KEY=...

The key is read from the environment only, so it is never saved inside workflow files.

Node inputs

prompt, workflow (sdxl-basic or flux-basic), max_cost_usd (hard cap for the job), timeout_seconds.

Behavior and limits

• Submits a Badgr comfy.batch job with one prompt. Only Badgr's built-in workflows are accepted. Arbitrary workflow graphs are not uploaded; the backend does not accept them for this job type.
• Polls until the job finishes. If it times out or you interrupt the queue, the job is canceled so it stops billing.
• Fails with the server's message if the job fails or returns no images.

Publishing (manual)

Publish to the ComfyUI Registry with comfy node publish using a registry API key under publisher aibadgr. Set Icon in pyproject.toml to a hosted image URL first; it is empty now.
