SD3 including face/hand detailer and upscaler: v1.0: sd3IncludingFaceHand_v10.zip

A simple workflow that works for both SD3 and SDXL. It has face and hand detailer and two upscalers.

As I'm a novice both on Comfy and working with workflows, there are plenty of room for improvements, I'm sure.
